Cashless Issues

Lost or damaged wristband

If your wristband is damaged, faulty or lost at the event, visit a nearby topup station and request a replacement. The manager may be able to transfer any remaining credits from the faulty or lost wristband over to the new one.

If your wristband is not linked to your ticket, it may be difficult to locate the remaining funds.

Incorrect transaction history

Howler keeps a log of every transaction you make at an event. Click here to view your full transaction history. If your transaction history doesn't match your balance, please contact support@howler.co.za and one of our support agents will look into this for you.

Incorrect banking details

If you entered the incorrect banking details, your cashout should bounce back to us unless there happens to be an existing bank account with the incorrect details. Please reach out to support@howler.co.za and one of our fantastic agents will cancel your cashout and re-route it to the correct account. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to correct this error.

Unable to cashout an amount

When you win credit, purchase a ticket that includes credit, or receive free credit at an event, it gets loaded onto your wristband. This credit is not able to be cashed out like the rest of your paid-for credit. Your wristband should always use your free credit first. If you suspect there's been an error and your wristband has used your paid-for credit instead of your free credit, please contact support@howler.co.za and one of our agents will look into this for you.
