Change Banking Details

Howler requires your bank details to transfer your cashouts back into your account. If you’ve loaded your bank details previously with Howler, you can view or edit them from inside your Howler account. 

Here’s how: 

  1. Login to your Howler account at www.howler.co.za 
  2. Click on Account in the top right corner
  3. Select the Payment tab on the left to update your listed bank details
  1. Enter your updated bank details and, while you’re there, opt for auto cashouts 
Enabling auto cashouts means any leftover funds are automatically transferred back into your bank account when cashouts open.
These bank details are used to transfer any remaining funds from your wristband back into your bank account.
Refunds are paid back into the bank account that was used to purchase your ticket. Contact support@howler.co.za if you need your refund to be paid into a different account.
