Express Checkin

Within the organiser portal, you'll see the express checkin option.

This feature allows you to create an easier customer journey for purchasing tickets where customers do not need to create a Howler Profile to access tickets to your event. Howler will just require an email address to send the ticket to.

This feature is only available if you have only 1 ticket type visible to customers and this ticket type is for free.

If you need more customer information such as customer name, surname, mobile number, country and ID, we suggest not enabling this feature and allowing customers to go through our complete sign up process

To enable this feature;

  1. Select "view details"
  1. Select "Enable"

Head to your event page and test the customer journey.
