Organiser Approval Process

When signing up as a new organiser on the Howler Self-Service Organiser Portal, your account will need to be approved by our team before you can launch your first event. Don’t worry, this process happens automatically. As soon as you complete your sign-up, your approval request is sent to our administrators for review.

You'll notice a banner on your profile letting you know that your account is pending approval. Our team processes these requests within 24 hours, and once your profile is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know you’re good to go.

If 24 hours have passed and you haven’t received an approval email, this means your approval request has been declined. If you believe this was done in error, we’re happy to take another look, just reach out to our team at clientsupport@howler.co.za.
