Tickets Not Received

Paid for your tickets but haven't received them? Don't worry, they'll be somewhere.

Here's what you can do:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Check your tickets tab
  3. Check which email address you used to purchase the ticket/s

Expired Order

Paid for an order but it shows as expired? Oh no! That's likely an error on our part. It's uncommon, but it sometimes happens. Don’t worry though, we’re here to help and we’ll make sure you receive your ticket/s.

Here's what needs to happen:

  1. To confirm your order, we’ll need you to provide a proof of payment in PDF form from your bank.
  2. We’ll match this with our internal payment system to find your order.
  3. Once we've located your order, you'll receive your tickets.

Double Payment

Have you been billed twice for one order?

Here's what needs to happen:

  1. Please provide a proof of payment in PDF form from your bank
  2. We'll match your second payment on our system and reverse it
  3. You'll receive your funds within 3-5 working days
