Purchased tickets to the wrong date or venue? Events can be confusing, especially when there are multiple shows. We get it!

Do not submit a refund request as refund requests will be subject to the event organisers’ refund policy.

Here's how you can get the right tickets:

  1. Step 1

Purchase the correct tickets for the event you’d like to attend. You can do this by visiting www.howler.co.za  to purchase the correct tickets.

  1. Step 2

Please contact  support@howler.co.za with the following information to request a refund:

1. Your order number for the correct tickets

2. Your order number for the unwanted tickets

We’ll give you a 100% refund on your unwanted ticket/s.
