How to change the event
If your device has been used to scan tickets at a previous event, you'll need to switch over to the next event to start scanning tickets.
- If you're in the wrong event, and would like to select another event, select the 3 dots to the top right of the screen.
- Select 'change event'.
- The event selection page will appear again, select the event you'd like to scan tickets for.
