I have multiple tickets in my name, for an event which requires unique registration

  1. Check to see if you have linked your friend's email address to your account as a secondary email. If you have, you need to remove it as their tickets will show your name, here's how to do this:
    1. Log in to your howler account at www.howler.co.za
    2. Click the profile icon in the top right and select Account
    1. Scroll down to the email addresses section
    2. The only email addresses here should be emails which you own and receive email at. Your friend's email addresses should not be here
    3. Remove your friend's email by tapping Remove
  2. Once you have removed your friend's email address linked to your profile, share the ticket with your friend by Transferring It
  3. Your friend needs to go and register their ticket themselves from the link they receive in an email.
