The all in one guide to improve your streaming experience
- How to Access the Stream from your Ticket Email
- To access the stream click on the ACCESS STREAM button in the confirmation email.
- This will automatically open up the event stream.
- You will be required to log in by entering the email address and password you used when you purchased your ticket.
- If you forget your password you can reset it on the page.
- How to Access the Stream from the Howler Website
- Although we recommend that you access the stream from the email we sent you as it’s much easier, if you want to you can also access it by visiting www.howler.co.za.
- You will be required to log in by entering the email address and password you used when you purchased your ticket.
- Select "Tickets" in the top left corner. Your ticket should appear here.
- Select the 'ACCESS STREAM' button, and it should open the stream in a new tab on your browser.
- Optimal Stream Check List: We recommend you use these settings to have the best experience
- Internet Browser: Google Chrome is recommended.
- Volume: Please make sure that the volume is turned up on the stream. In the bottom right hand corner of the stream box, check that the volume icon is illuminated in blue.
- Full Screen: You can select F on your keyboard to view in full screen
- Making a Stream Full Screen
Some events have disabled the ability to watch the stream in full screen. However if it possible, you can click in the very bottom of the stream to the right and make the video full screen here or use the following command key: Windows = 'FN' + F11, Mac = Control + Command + F

- Chat
The chat function should automatically open when you join the stream page. You will need to set a nickname to start chatting.

- Zoom Rooms
Why not join a zoom room to party virtually with other people!
If you cannot hear any sound whilst in the zoom room, please make sure that you are still on the streaming page and you have unmuted the video streams audio. The streams audio will not be played through the zoom room and by default, you will be muted in the zoom room.
