Requesting a Refund

The COVID-19 outbreak has impacted all of us. Refunds may be delayed. Read about what we're doing and how it affects refunds here.
All refunds are subject to our Refund Policies.

Legally, we can only process a refund to the original ticket purchaser via the original payment method.

If your ticket was assigned or transfered to you by somebody else, please be in touch with them to request your refund.

If your banking details have changed, please contact support@howler.co.za before requesting your refund.

  1. Log in to your Howler account here
  2. Navigate to your "orders" tab.
  3. Select the 3 dots on the right hand side and click on the request refund option.

Once having done so, you will be presented with a screen that will let you select the tickets you would like a refund for and whether of not you would like to use the standard refund policy or if you have special circumstances that would warrant a full refund as documented in our terms and conditions
Refunds can take up to 7-14 days to reflect in your account, and may not appear as a new transaction, but rather as a credit on the original transaction.
