ID Number not valid

The reason we require user ID numbers is so that we can accurately determine the number of unique users on our system as well as to reduce the number of duplicate users on the platform, to ensure none of your money goes missing. First make sure you have selected whether you are a South African citizen or an international citizen, once you have done so, double check your ID number to ensure it's correct, making sure you have entered your ID number and not your passport number. Once you have done that, click save, if after having completed the above, you are still experiencing issues contact our support center and someone will get in touch with you shortly to help you resolve your dilemma!
