Invalid Banking Details

  1. Howler validates banking details with BankServ, the central banking infrastructure in South Africa.
  2. Make sure to enter an account number, and not a credit card number. We cannot process payments to a card.
  3. If your details are not validating, try changing the account type as some banks store types differently than you would expect.
  4. If you still have difficulties, submit a copy of your Proof of Banking Details to team@howler.co.za for assistance.
