Requesting a Refund

All refunds are subject to Refund Policies.

Refunds can be requested by contacting our support team on team@howler.co.za. Simply provide identifying information for your order (order reference, email address or ticket barcode) and our team will process the refund as soon as possible.

Refunds can take up to 7-14 days to reflect in your account, and may not appear as a new transaction, but rather as a credit on the original transaction.
