Requesting a Refund

Refunds can be requested by contacting our support team on Simply provide identifying information for your order (order reference, email address or ticket barcode) and our team will process the refund as soon as possible.

Refunds can take up to 7-14 days to reflect in your account, and may not appear as a new transaction, but rather as a credit on the original transaction.
