Requesting a Refund
All refunds are subject to our Refund Policies.
You can request a refund in two ways:
- Log in to your Howler account here
- Click Orders or Tickets (for events in the past, you'll only be able to find information on the Orders page)
- Select the 3 dots on the right hand side and click on the request refund option.
- Once having done so, you will be presented with a screen that will let you select the tickets you would like a refund for and whether of not you would like to use the standard refund policy or if you have special circumstances that would warrant a full refund as documented in our terms and conditions
Refunds can take up to 7-14 days to reflect in your account, and may not appear as a new transaction, but rather as a credit on the original transaction.
