As per our terms and conditions - you are entitled to cancel your tickets as long as you have not yet attended the event. Purchasing the incorrect ticket is entirely at the risk of the customer and Howler takes no responsibility for these mistakes - all sales are final. Thus, changing the date of your ticket falls within the normal cancellation policies as you are cancelling your existing ticket to purchase a new one. Cancellations are subject to the standard refund policy.

However, in the case of most events, Howler will reduce this fee to only a 10% administration charge. Please contact team@howler.co.za to request your change
