Saved Cards

Every moment matters, so we want to save you as much time and energy as possible! Having your payment details saved is one one of the ways in which we can do this.

Howler doesn't store any card data directly - all card data is saved securely by our payments partner Peach Payments who are fully PCI compliant.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure that all companies that process, store, or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. Adding a saved card

At any payment point (topping up or purchasing a ticket), you can select 'Credit Card' as a payment option. When paying, simply check the box to 'Remember card'. Once your payment is successful - your card will be saved in your profile for future payments.

Using a saved card

At any payment point (topping up or purchasing a ticket) your saved card will appear as an additional payment option on checkout. Simply click the card and the payment will be processed - it's as easy as that!

Once you have completed the payment, your tickets will be issued to you via email. If you cant' find your email, be sure to check your junk/promotions folders or search for emails from team@howler.co.za. Alternatively, you can navigate to your Wallet at any time, where you'll be able to see and download all of your tickets.

Removing a saved card

  1. Visit the My Account page
  2. Click 'Payment',
  3. Scroll down to the 'Purchase Method' section,
  4. Click 'Remove' next to the card you would like to remove
  5. Your card will no longer be available as a payment option on checkout
