Money Not Received

  1. Cashouts are processed by PayAccsys and will reflect on your bank statment with a reference including HOWLER- or Payaccsys
  2. Cashouts can take 2-4 working days to reflect in your account, please give enought time before contacting our support centre
  3. If you are certain your cashout has not been paid, please submit a copy of your bank statement from the day you cashed out, up to and including the current day. Make sure the statement also includes your bank account number
    Bank statements are only used to allow Howler to lodge an investigation with the processing banks and will remain entirely confidential.
